For critical issues like site outages or security concerns, our operations lead steps in within 4 hours.
If your site goes down, contact us immediately via email with URGENT in the subject. We treat these as critical and respond within 1 hour during business hours.
For billing questions or disputes, email support@turbocrafter.com with your account name and billing cycle. We will investigate and respond within 2 business days. See our refund policy for details.
If a third-party integration causes issues on your site, we will help diagnose the problem and coordinate with the vendor if needed.
For data export, deletion or GDPR-related requests, email us with DATA REQUEST in the subject. We process these within 5 business days per our privacy policy.
